This program wouldn't exist without help from volunteers. Medical expenses to treat the children's major problem are graciously provided by Shriner's Hospitals, but all other expenses, including incidental medical and dental expenses, must come from voluntary donations. Donations of time are also very welcome. Transportation to the Shriner's hospitals for treatment is always needed. The children enjoy meeting and spending time with American families!
